Working to improve partners’ sales revenue and profitability by best practice to reduce operational cost, streamline processes and increase product and solution knowledge. By sharing experiences and leading with one voice we aim to gain product and service improvements from Avaya for mutual business benefit. Addressing strategic movement in the marketplace, operational and logistical issues and detailed technical information. Typically attended by product managers, operations and logistics managers, technical support engineers and managers, pre-sales engineers and anyone with an interest in the technical and operational aspects of Avaya enterprise and midmarket business.
