The European Partner Alliance Council (PCC EMEA) holds two conferences every year, in Spring and Autumn, at venues throughout EMEA. 

Their purpose is to: 

• Gain the latest product and service launch information from Avaya 
• Provide feedback to Avaya on the market suitability for new product launches 
• Gain detailed pre-sales engineering knowledge for new products and solutions including interoperability with other vendors 
• Get updates on changes to the quoting and order process and provide constructive input as to how improvements can be made 
• Be provided by Avaya the latest support tools and techniques and latest case clearance metrics 
• Raise areas of common concern from partners 
• Provide networking opportunities with and between, partners, Avaya personnel and Avaya developer partners
